Mobile Collaboration
The mobile client that you can install into your smartphone allows you to connect to a remote LogicalDOC and perform various types of searches on the document repository, view the results of a search and download the documents. Now you can also collaborate with your colleagues by subscribing to folders and documents events ang getting notified aboout all changes directly in your device.

E-mail TemplatesLogicalDOC e-mail subsystem is now configurable and the subject and body of all outgoing messages can be personalized per each language. The new concept of Message Template was implemented by giving you a simple yet powerful scripting language with place holders that will be expanded at runtime. This will allow you to personalize hit impact communications from the Document Management System to your corporate users. |
