| Integrated version control automatically increase each version of a document as it enters LogicalDOC. Each time a document is modified a new version is produced and tracked. The document version is always visible and the latest one is normally proposed for current operations while all the previous versions are viewable.
Version control allows for monitoring all the changes, when they occur and who performed them. A new version is created when a user changes some metadata or when a check-out/check-in operation is done. In this last case also the file version is changed. Benefits of this feature
