Documents Shortcuts

If a user has the write permission on a folder, he can place document shortcuts. A shortcut allows you to grant visibility on single documents without the need of data replication.

Quality Preview of the first page

The LogicalDOC subsystem that renders the documents previews was completely redesigned in order to produce high quality results.
You will be able to see very nice snapshots of your saved documents quickly while browsing.

The new add-on LogicalDOC Conversion Package, can be downloaded and installed independently from the main program.

Max OS X Support

Answering to many final users requests, LogicalDOC improved the support for Macintosh.
First of all now it is available a custom installer for this operative system that allows you to
install LogicalDOC using the Mac OS X intall manager.
The Macintosh default browser Safari is now completely supported by LogicalDOC GUI.
In addition the embedded OCR feature was redesigned in order to be fully compatible with the latest releases of Mac OS X.
