Workflow with Escalation Management
You can design your business processes directly in the browser, place your tasks by dragging&dropping them into the proper locations. The designer allow to model all the concept needed in an enterprise-class environment.
Moreover, this workflow system comprises the escalation management so that you can specify an estimated duration for each task and a warning interval, so that all assignees are regularly warned if the task was not completed into the estimated time. |
