Important notice regarding the usage of the LogicalDOC trademark.

The rights conferred in this notice apply only to registered Partner Companies.

License Grant
Logical Objects Srl (LO) grants to Licensee a nontransferable, non-exclusive license to use the LogicalDOC logo solely in connection with the marketing of the LogicalDOC products.

Logo Use
Licensee acknowledges that LO is the owner of the LogicalDOC™ logo and agrees it will do nothing inconsistent with such ownership. Licensee agrees further to comply with the logo usage guidelines, which are subject to change from time to time, Licensee further agrees to place the LogicalDOC logo on any and all products, licensed software and documentation and provide a notice specifying LO as the owner of the LogicalDOC logo (e.g. "The LogicalDOC logo is a trademark or registered trademark of Logical Objects Srl")

Quality Assurance
Licensee will ensure that the quality of all products released with the LogicalDOC logo meet the prevailing quality standards within the industry at the time and as prescribed from LO from time to time. LO shall have the right to inspect any product at reasonable times and places. If in the judgment of LO the quality is inferior or endangers the goodwill and reputation of LogicalDOC, LO may require Licensee to immediately cease using the LogicalDOC logo.

Marketing
Licensee agrees to obtain LO's pre-approval for all marketing collateral and other materials containing the LogicalDOC logo, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Usage Guidelines
Font: Add Electric City
Legibility: The words in the mark must always be legible regardless of the printing process used.
Colour: Blue: RGB 30:31:102, Orange: RGB 255:136:36, Gray: RGB 153:153:153
Clear Space: It is important that the logo has a clear space of 4mm around it on all sides. This maintains the integrity of the logo and avoids congestion and illegality.
