Import from Folders

Straightforward importing from shared and local folders means it is easy to startup your document management, and everyone in your organization can quickly find documents without  training.

Importing documents is so simple that nobody have to perform any tasks, you only have to configure the import sources and let LogicalDOC do all the work.
LogicalDOC is able to connect to all your shared locations(PCs, Servers, Storages...) and automatically import the contained documents. Once imported, the documents can be searched, versioned and shared among your staff.

You can use the this feature to automate document importing by monitoring a set of import folders that receives scanned files originating from an MFP or from another application's output reporting process. A lot of business processes and administrative tasks can be automated using this approach.
